Supporting Our Interns

The Smith Family Foundation's 500@100 I Am the Change Movement empowers our community through collective support. We ask ten people to donate $100, who then ask ten more people, creating a chain reaction. Our goal is 500 committed individuals empowering youth. Funds raised supplement non-paid internships, providing valuable experience, promoting local careers, and supporting local businesses.

Join us to make a difference and create a brighter future for our youth and community.

Pathways to Student Success

Pathways to Student Success follows our #IAMTHECHANGE Scholarship Award Winners through their educational career. We provide them with ongoing financial, academic and social-emotional support to increase the probability of matriculating through their college career.

During our four years of support, it is our aim to place each scholar in a paid internship to ensure that they are afforded the opportunity to gain the experience and skills that they need throughout their educational aspirations to help maximize their potential, prepare them for career readiness, and become lifelong learners.
